New to freediving? Start with a trial.

You don't have to commit to a full program to try this sport. A trial session — private or group — gets you in the water with a Molchanovs-certified instructor, no certification and no experience required. You'll learn the freediving breath, hold your first supervised breath-holds, and leave knowing exactly what the sport feels like.

Lessons are also the course path

Every Molchanovs certification course — Level 1 and Level 2 — can be completed through private or group lessons: same curriculum, same certification, different training experience. Choose how you like to train, not which one gets you certified.
